Short biography:
Good morning everyone, if you are on this page, it means you want to know more about us. We are two twin brothers, Andrea and Marco Mora, who have always been passionate about technology and the Internet.
We started our online adventure before the year 2000 with a goliardic website, and then strengthened our position in 2010 with Mora-Foto, a website about photography and photo editing with free software.
... we felt the need for new challenges...
Despite the fairly good results, over two and half millions of total visits and four millions of page views still growing, we felt the need for a change, so we decided to create this website as well.
The incentive was to contribute, even if only in a small way, to promoting Cortina d'Ampezzo in Italy and around the world, also considering the visibility that we will hopefully gain following the 2026 Olympics.
We also felt that there was a need for a website whose sole purpose is to help, in a disinterested way, the visitors of Cortina. There are some, but they are often scattered, because they refer to the Dolomites as a whole, or are a collection of advertisements masquerading as content. We thought there was no website "written with the hearth" completely focused on Cortina.
Finally, we want to take this opportunity to expand our knowledge about Cortina d'Ampezzo by studying historical texts and memoirs, to condense as much information as possible into these pages.
